I dare say you be wasting your Money to go for a Cannon or Nikon Lense when you can have such crisp Photo quality and deesign at a much cheaper price. I have a tamron 70 - 200 F2.8. Good optics but not a solid design. Got to get it repaired already. I'll use it as a back up Lens. But! Tokina for me on this one. I have the Tokina 12 – 24 ATX Pro F4.0
