		<description>Hi ken , im new on the video buz, i have a HDV camera JVC by the way, and i want to shoot DVD of fitnees but outside in a park, i dont have any money to invest in reflector, and light , so bought to big white panel i will cover it with aluminum foil, and also bought 1500 watts lamps, now my question is you think this would work for my proyect, so i can eliminate the shadow of the sun.

I was wondering how many watts should have the lights for portrait or fashion full body?
Another thing if it is studio fashion photos ,what size  would the softboxe have.
What if the best shape for the softboxes in portrait and fashion body shots?
