Sony Launches Three new Digicams

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 29, 2012. Sony has launched Three new Digicams including 18 megapixel waterproof. The three new camera are the DSC-TX200V model from the ultra-thin Cyber-shot T series and the DSC-WX70 and DSC-WX50 models from the stylish. Each camera offers a high-resolution “Exmor R” CMOS sensor and an improved BIONZ image processor together enhance low light performance and give fast auto-focus. The DSC-TX200V will be available with price of $500, the DSC-WX70 will be available wit price of $230, and the DSC-WX50 will be available with price of $200 on March 2012.

The new TX200V camera comes with a 18.2 MP “Exmor R” CMOS sensor and a new BIONZ™ processor which work together to capture images and video with extremely low noise result. It also offers fast AutoFocus of approximately 0.13 sec. in daytime and 0.25 sec. in low-light conditions which ensure users never lose each important moment. In addition, this camera has a large 3.3-inch Xtra Fine™ TruBlack OLED wide touch-screen including water-proof, dust-proof, and freeze-proof. Not only that, it also add a Photo Creativity feature which allows users adjust creative settings to create unique, custom-styled photos.

While the new WX70 and WX50 cameras comes with a high-resolution 16.2 MP “Exmor R” CMOS sensor to capture high images quality. The WX70 has 3.0-inch 921k dot LCD touch-screen while the WX50 has a slightly smaller 2.7-inch LCD screen for easy review images and videos.

This three new camera has a new “Extra High Sensitivity” technology for reduce unwanted noise in low-light shooting situations. The cameras also comes with Clear Image Zoom technology which enhance optical zoom to 2x virtual capability at full camera resolution allows users get closer to their subjects without losing images quality. Additionally, the cameras has additional features such as Image Stabilization, Optical Steady Shot Active Mode, Picture Effect, Dual Record capabilities, 3D shooting modes, fast shooting speeds, and more.
