I do have a problem with the instruction manual, which seems to send you in circles when it comes to getting pictures off the camera harddrive. Additionally, the cybershot viewer software is worthless. Doesn't seem to work with Windows XP, and won't recogize the camera. The manual and software definately needs reworked, but the camera is great. The camera itself seems great.
