Mememory stick or internal memory are both the same, the only time the photo records correctly on the card or internal memory is when the flash goes off!! Guess this peice of s**t is goig back to Sony AGAIN!!!! I would like to compare and think that the Sony T200 is similar to a Sony DVD player wherein some pirated or bootleg DVD disks could not be playbacked but can be read/playbacked on other brand DVD players. I then purchased a Sony Card at Circuit City and have had no further problems. Those same cards work fine in other applications, so apparently the T100/T200 are "finicky" about memory cards.
