Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 Reviews

Techradar reviews the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 and writes;
“The Sony HX300 marks, on paper at least, one of the best compromises we’ve seen in terms of large zoom range, image quality and fast apertures.”
rating: N/A

Cameralabs reviews the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 and writes;
“The Cyber-shot HX300 is a camera designed with one purpose in mind – to provide an extraordinarily long zoom range. To look at it another, more cynical way, it’s Sony’s competition for the Canon SX50 HS… with its massive range, bright maximum aperture and excellent stabilisation, the HX300 is the ideal tool, but do closely compare the feature-set with Canon’s SX50 HS to see which best suits your needs.”

Amateurphotographer reviews the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 and writes;
“As for image quality, the HX300 was always going to have its work cut out, what with its wide zoom and high resolution. Detail in any sensitivity setting above ISO 800 is not good. Luminance and chroma noise is evident at all the ISO settings too, although this is not unusual.”

Pocket-lint reviews the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 and writes;
“Casual users will be pleased by the HX300’s considerable range – and we were really pleased with plenty of the shots that we managed to snap…”

Ephotozine reviews the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 and writes;
“Images are impressive, with good colour reproduction and are well exposed. Portraits have excellent skin tones and are free of red-eye. Landscapes have impressive blues and greens.”

Photographyblog reviews the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 and writes;
“The Sony CyberShot DSC-HX300 produced images of good quality during the review period. It handled noise fairly well, with a little noise appearing at the relatively slow speed of ISO 400 and then becoming progressively worse at the faster settings of ISO 800 and 1600.”
