Sony Alpha A3000 is a new compact system camera that announced on 27 August 2013 and looks like a DSLR camera. This camera has 20.1MP APS-C Exmor APS HD CMOS Images Sensor that combined with BIONZ Image Processor for an exceptional images quality. It also features Tru-Finder 0.5-inch QVGA EVF, 3.0-inch 230.4k-Dot LCD Monitor, Full HD 1080i/p Video at 60 or 24 fps, Multi Interface Accessory Shoe, Continuous Shooting Rate of 3.5 fps, ISO 100-16000, including Compact Design and SLR Ergonomics. It’ll available on the market in 8 September 2013 with low price tag of just US$400 with an E 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 OSS stabilized kit lens included in the bundle.

The Sony Alpha A3000 employs a 20.1 MP APS-C size HD image sensor and BIONZ image processor to capture high resolution still images. This combination also enable you to take Full HD 1080i/p video at 60i and 24p with stunning picture quality thanks to AVCHD codec. The sensor also offer a wide range of ISO sensitivity from 100 to 16000 with an advanced noise reduction. While the processor enables the camera to take picture up to 3.5 fps in continuous shooting at full 20 megapixel resolution.

The camera also has a Tru-Finder QVGA 0.5-inch Eye-level viewfinder with 100% coverage begins with over 200k dots for impressive resolution. A 3.0-inch 230.4k-dot LCD monitor also included for easy image composition and view menu navigation. Those technologies make Sony Alpha A3000 is easy to work and access the camera features such as Picture Effects, Auto HDR mode, Auto Object Framing, and Sweep Panorama.

In addition, this camera also features Face Detection/Registration technology which automatically detect and register up to eight individual faces then adjust focus, exposure, white balance and flash for high images quality result. There are also Clear Image Zoom technology, Six Creative Style settings, Dynamic Range Optimizer (DRO), and Photo Creativity Interface. Finally, Sony Alpha A3000 is compatible with Sony E-mount lenses and offers a highly compact and lightweight design.
