my lens zoom shaft got broke when a drunk drop it and now everything gets behind the lens how do i take it apart to clean it please

either switch video mode back to the old jpeg which should fix this (although they take up more space). Otherwise, you need to use the software that came with the camera and burn to dvd. Good luck.

I have downloaded QuickTime but still can’t view my videos taken with this camera. They appear as still photos. What am I doing wrong? HELP!!

QuickTime will play the videos. Windows Media Player will not.

Videos taken with this camera will not play on my laptop with Windows Vista. Does anyone know how or what to download to enable videos to be played (windows media).
