This camera is the successor to the Powershot S1 IS which was released last year. In a nutshell, S2 feastures including a big 12x optical zoom lens (with Image Stabilizer!!), 5.0 megapixel image sensor and 30 frames per second video shooting which can be used for up to 60 minutes video with stereo sound! The latest rumor that has been circulating around the net in the last couple of weeks is that Canon will release a new 12.8 Megapixels DSLR based on the 1Ds MK2 Full frame at 35.8 x 23.9mm.
People have been speculating that the camera will be released in late August 2005 and will be in stores in October 2005

Konica Minolta AF 35mm f/1.4G (D) will be available in the spring of 2006
Mahwah, NJ (August 19, 2005) – Konica Minolta Photo Imaging U.S.A., Inc., announces the development of the Konica Minolta AF 35mm f/1.4G (D)* interchangeable lens for Maxxum digital and 35mm Single Lens-Reflex (SLR) cameras. The lens is planned for release in the spring of 2006.

I won’t provide you a standard “method” to shoot portraits: there are a lot of different opinions on that. I sometimes define my work as fashion portraits even though my main concern is to try to tell a story.
I will split my work into four phases: inspiration, preparation, session and post-processing.

“The only aspect of the overall package that I didn’t find so useful was the mouse - I continued to use my current mouse along with the tablet and pen and left the Wacom mouse in the box. You will also need to think carefully about which size Wacom Intuos3 will be most suitable for you. I chose to review the A4 version, thinking that bigger was better, but actually found it a little too big in relation to my 17 inch LCD screen - I would probably opt for the A5 version instead (and save some money too).
