But on downloading video clips to PC I find that Windows shuts down, as fatal error caused whenever video clips are included in the photo download to PC. If I copy to C drive file, and try to run the video clip Windows shuts down (DEP message). Similarly I have copied to a memory stick, tried to view the video clip and again Windows Explorer shuts down.
