CNET have recently published a review of the Olympus FE-140, a 6.0 million point-and-shoot digital camera featuring 3x optical zoom (equiv. 38-114 mm), with 20 scene modes, a 22MB internal memory and a large 2.5″ TFT LCD screen.
“The photos we took with the FE-140 were mediocre at best. It captured colors well, and its automatic white balance pleasantly surprised us by accurately reproducing indoor, incandescent lighting without the yellow pall typical of most cameras. Despite this nice touch, the images generally came out soft with fine details and noise, even in bright shots.”
