Nikon COOLPIX S9300 Reviews

CNET reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“The Nikon Coolpix S9300 is a good choice for anyone after a pure point-and-shoot experience and a long zoom lens. You might want to wait for it to go on sale, though, simply because it’s a bit overpriced compared to what Canon and Panasonic are offering.”
Rating: ★★★½☆

Trustedreviews reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“ISO performance is pretty much in keeping with what we might have expected, which is to say good at the lowest settings but not-so-good at the higher ones. At ISO 125 and ISO 200 the S9300 produces images with no visibly intrusive noise,..”
Rating: ★★★½☆

PCMAG reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“I used Imatest to check the sharpness of images captured by the S9300′s 18x zoom lens. It scored 2,002 lines per picture height, which is a bit better than the 1,800 lines required for a sharp image.”
Rating: ★★★☆☆

T3 reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“Though we noticed some shots were soft at maximum telephoto and colours are typically a little muted, video looks good, with detail clearly defined, while operational buzz picked up by the stereo microphones is minimal.”
Rating: ★★★★☆

Ephotozine reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“The Nikon Coolpix S9300 is one of the cheapest travel zooms with GPS and lots of zoom making it good value for money. It’s available in a number of colours, with the red looking particularly stylish. The camera produces reasonably good image quality when using the camera at its lowest ISO settings with better results at the wider end of the zoom.”

“Like its predecessor, the Coolpix S9300 is designed for anyone who wants a long-zoom camera that’s exceptionally easy to operate.”

Techradar reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“The Nikon S9300 sports a huge zoom range with both a usefully wide 25mm wide angle and an impressive 450mm telephoto reach. Autofocus, white balance and metering are all reliable, and the camera benefits from GPS, Full HD video recording and 3D photo capability.”
Rating: ★★★☆☆

Digitalcamerainfo reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“Noise reduction is one of this camera’s best features, with performance that’s in lock-step with the best this category has to offer. Artifacting rates, first of all, are very low.”
Rating: ★★★½☆

Photographyblog reviews the Nikon COOLPIX S9300 and writes;
“The pictures were lovely and sharp though and the low-level light performance is also pretty good thanks to the lens and a good noise result from the back-illuminated sensor.”
