DevHardware reviews the Nikon Coolpix S210 and writes;
” S210 is a great camera for novices or weekend warriors thanks to its easy to use menus and features. You can also trust that you will be buying a quality camera due to the Nikon brand stamped on it. Overall, it is a good buy for those in the market for a compact digital camera. ”

Pocket-Lint reviews the Nikon Coolpix S210 and writes;
“Small, tough and capable of giving you good results the Coolpix S210 is a good point and shoot snapper that neither too large in size or too expensive in price. There is a reason Nikon believe this to be the hero product for Christmas and we have had trouble faulting it. ”
Rating: ★★★★☆

PCWorld reviews the Nikon Coolpix S210 and writes;
“Sure, the Nikon Coolpix S210 is amazingly small, but size isn’t everything. Since its images aren’t very impressive, and its features don’t stand out in any way, it’s difficult to recommend.”
Rating: ★★★★☆

PCMag reviews the Nikon Coolpix S210 and writes;
“I was disappointed that noise was a problem in my test shots starting at ISOs as low as 200. Shutter delay was another frustration..for under $200, with its cool time-lapse features, a slim frame, and commendable ease of use, the Coolpix S210 could be just the ticket as an entry-level, all-purpose camera.”
Rating: ★★★★☆

Steve’sDigicams reviews the Nikon Coolpix S210 and writes;
“The camera produced nice images outdoors that show good saturation…Our indoor images also had good quality. There was a little difference in the white balance between shooting with and without the flash, the flash produced a cooler image. ”

CNET reviews the Nikon Coolpix S210 and writes;
The good: Small, sleek, and attractive; some nice features for the money. The bad: Relatively slow; poor-to-average photo quality for its class..”
Rating: ★★★½☆

I love my Nikon Coolpix S210 but I’m new at the digital camera game and don’t quite understand all the jargon.

I want to delete multiple pictures from the camera but don’t know how.

Also, is there a way to automatically delete them after they are downloaded?

Thanks for anyone’s help.

I am also trying to figure out how to delete mulitple photos from the camera. On my computer it asks me if I want them deleted from my camera after they are downloaded to your PC. Maybe you can find this in your PC settings???

i have a coolpix s210 given to me by my sister from the states. I was using it occasionally when all of a sudden i cannot take pictures when the camera is set to auto flash. the shutter wont shot. however, if i set the camera to no flash, the shutter works and i noticed that when the camera is on, there is some noise. the camera is still new. What can i do. I hope it still can be remedied.

I’m also a new owner of the Nikon collpix s210, and am slowly learning how to use it.
To delete multiple pics, plug your camera into your pc (I’m assuming you have Win Xp) and right-click it’s icon in “My computer”. From the context menu, select properties, and click the “events” tab. locate actions, and click on “prompt for wich program to run”. Apply, Ok, exit. Unplug your camera and plug it in again, and select “Microsoft picture and scanner program” from the window that appears. From there, if you know how to read, you should get it done ;)
