Motorola and Kodak Announces MOTOZINE™ ZN5

Motorola and Kodak announced MOTOZINE™ ZN5, a mobile device that combines a high-quality phone and camera experience. With a 5 megapixel camera, complete with Xenon flash and KODAK Imaging Technology, as well as Motorola’s CrystalTalk for superior call quality, ZN5 offers on-the-go consumers a device that is intuitive and ready to go when they are.

Simply slide open the lens cover and Motorola’s ModeShift technology shifts the ZN5 from call to capture. With one touch, users can view all their photos right from the home screen; no menus, no searching.

Photos can be uploaded via Gallery Link and instantly shared to the online KODAK Gallery in one simple click. Share images quickly with WiFi connectivity by uploading photos to the KODAK Gallery or via ShoZu to your favorite photo sites directly from the device.

MOTOZINE ZN5 was unveiled at a gallery themed event in Beijing, where visitors were treated to a special photography installation, “A Day in the Life of the World.” Using a MOTOZINE ZN5 and their imagination, eight young photographers were challenged to capture the essence of their city over 24 hours. With the ZN5′s ability to instantly share images anywhere, this process of self-expression became an exercise in collaboration, as these young artists inspired each other hour by hour by sharing their interpretations of color, form and creativity. The result is a unique combination of individual voice and collective creativity. “A Day in the Life of the World” can be viewed online at
