Metz 44 AF-4 is a fast recycling time flash in a compact, durable body. It features compatible with Nikon digital cameras, the 44 AF-41 provides D-TTL mode, 3D multi-sensor fill-in flash in D-TTL mode and TTL flash exposure correction, as well as i-TTL and i-TTL BL flash control; Zoom flash head covers range of 24-105mm; and the flash head that can be moved up from 60 – 90°. The Metz 44 AF-4i measures 75 x 105 x 108mm and weighs 400g.

The Metz 44 AF-4i shoe mount flash has a TTL function that makes it easy to produce perfect flash shots. The TTL-capable zoom compact flash unit minimizes the risk of red-eye effect, is powerful (with a GN of 44) and exceptionally simple to operate. Only two functional keys are now necessary on account of the logical menu control.

The range of standard capabilities of the 44 AF-4 includes manual use, selectable partial light output level, plus a number of interesting special functions such as fill-in flash in daylight to brighten up shadows that are too dense. For more personal, creative control it is possible to change over to manual mode and set a partial light output level when the need arises. Furthermore, the model also features second curtain synchronization, which is important for natural looking slow sync effects.

With compatible Nikon digital cameras, the 44 AF-41 provides D-TTL mode, 3D multi-sensor fill-in flash in D-TTL mode and TTL flash exposure correction, as well as i-TTL and i-TTL BL flash control.
