good little bag, but the front pockets are useless
“like the old camcorder bags, this bag is great to hold your camcorder or DSLR (without vertical grip). The carrying options are great; either use the shoulder strap or the built in belt clip. When tucking the belt away in the provided slot, it does feel a bit uncomfortable. Big plus is the side straps to add lens case, thus expanding your capacity. I use it as an accessory bag: lenses, flash, batteries and etc.” – By D. Louie

I removed some straps
“Even though I found the waist straps too much trouble to use, I still like the bag with just the shoulder strap. It holds 3 lenses with hoods attached (and more if you stack smaller primes) and all the cards, batteries, etc. that I normally carry. It is deep enough that you can carry a water bottle in place of one lens if you prefer. I usually carry my camera out of the bag, but it will fit a small or medium size DSLR with lens attached along with 2 lenses — a preferred carry for wet or dusty conditions.” – By Thomas O’Neill

Features & Specifications

Lowepro Photo Runner 100 Features & Specifications

The Photo Runner 100 is a fast-access, convertible beltpack / shoulder bag and multi-functional carrying solution for your DSLR kit. Lightweight, slim in profile and agile, the Photo Runner 100 serves as an ideal everyday bag for the enthusiast—as well as a compact solution for the active photographer shooting an event or taking a day trip. Unzip the fast-access lid from the side and work right out of the roomy main compartment.

Adjustable, padded dividers offer multiple ways to load your gear—whether you carry your DSLR kit in the Photo Runner 100—or use it as an on-the-fly lens / accessory bag while shooting an event. Two outside pockets provide quick access to accessories and personal gear.

One features a “quiet” cord closure. The tuck-away waistbelt with compression straps keeps the weight of gear on the hips and helps minimize movement when the Photo Runner 100 is worn as a beltpack. A removable, adjustable shoulder strap with non-slip padding turns the Photo Runner 100 into a comfortable shoulder bag solution.

Additional features like SlipLock attachment loops and webbing straps at the bottom expand carrying options—add compatible pouches, cases, or even a small tripod or monopod to the Photo Runner 100 with ease. The Photo Runner 100 is available in Black and Mica.
