Kodak ESP-3 Reviews
Trustedreviews reviews the Kodak ESP-3 and writes;
“Photo prints are of very good quality, with neutral colours, close to those on-screen and with a fine level of detail. Areas of varying tint, like skies, are smooth and show little noticeable dithering. It’s impressive to see photos of this quality from a comparatively low-priced all-in-one.”
PCmag reviews the Kodak ESP-3 and writes;
“The claimed low cost per page and the relatively high-quality text for an ink jet are the ESP 3′s most attractive features compared with its competition. If you want the best-looking photos you can get from an inexpensive printer, be sure to look at the NX400. But if reasonably good-quality photos are good enough, the ESP 3 will give you better quality text, and save money, thanks to the low cost per page.”

Kodak ESP All In One Printer
“Great Printer for the price. The cost of replacing the ink cartridges was the main reason for the purchase the Kodak ESP-3 All In One printer. I have had Dell and Lexmark printers and the cost of OEM ink cartredges was so high that if you added another $30.00 to the price of a black and color cartridge you could get a new printer. The quality of the printer is just as good as the others.” – by Wayne
Excellent print quality + cheap ink = Great Printer
“This printer is a great value. I didn’t experience any of the setup trouble that everyone is complaining about. It took about 1/2 hour to set it up on both of my computers. It came with the latest version of Easy Share software so it automatically installed that and pulled all my pictures in. The print quality is great for both documents and pictures. It uses less ink than the Canon, HP, and Epson printers that I’ve had before. Best of all the ink is as cheap as you will ever find.” – by JustinfromMN
Fantastic Printer and Prints for the Price
“The print quality is great. Not as good as an Epson 6 ink system, but nearly. The print speed is great. The ink usage is minimal and the price of the cartriges is cheaper than anything else out there (name brand). I’m told the trick to getting more out of your cartriges is two fold: 1) leave your printer on. Everytime it’s turned off and then on again, it charges or primes itself and this uses ink. It will do this occassionally anyway, so there’s no need to make it do this more than necessary. 2) Print something daily. Ink dries up and the nozzles clog with infrequent use. A little printing every day is the best way to keep things flowing.” – by J. Gower
“I had researched many different printers. I’m an avid scrapbooker and have gotten tired of only creating layouts with 4×6 photos but wanted something convient so I could print good quality photos. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was gonna have to pay big $$$ for a good printer and then much more $$$ later for all the ink. When I found this one offering cheapper prints than I would pay at the store I thought I’d give it a go, at the very least I could turn it into the desktop printer for my other computer if I didn’t like it. When I printed the first photo I was THRILLED! It makes super photos, expecially for scrapbooking. Prints very fast and the prints come out already dry. Kodak has really matched their competetors with this one.” – by Elizabeth Motes
Great printer AND customer support online
“My Kodak esp3 printer was printing badly last week and I went to the website to troubleshoot. I have had it for about 7 months. The diagnosis was a bad printhead which they OVERNIGHTED to me at no cost. I didn’t get around to installing it until today. They have an online visual installation insteruction AND included two new ink cartridges as well but it works fine now with the older partially used ones so now I have extra! What a great deal. If you have any problems check with the Kodak website. “ – by csturgeo
