“I kneeled down in the sand to take advantage of the light when a woman came up to me on her bicycle. I shouted over the wind, “RIde over there and I’ll take your picture!” … She rode off about 30 yards, and then she got off her bike and made her way toward me, doing a beautifully expressive dance.”
