Wonderful colors and nice use of shutter speed. I’d crop the image a little bit more or used the stamp tool in photoshop to get rid of the red balloons on the left.

Can you also tell us the reason why this is such a bad photo?
I also agree with Cartwright..The red balloons spoiled it, but it’s still a good photo. The photo looks more ‘alive’ with the motion blur
Sorry for my bad english.

The motion blur is fine on the leftmost girl, but it is excessive on the girl on the right. It is a nice photo, colours, framing etc, but the motion blur on the rightmost girl wrecks it for me.
