Quality piece of equipment
“Makes any scope better. Although not advertised/promoted heavily, I am quite please with this tripod. I use it with Manfrotto head with quick-release plate for my Pentax PF-80ED-A scope.” – By Craig Broeking

Great tripod
“With the upper three sections extended, the center column all the way up I had no problems shooting with my D80, battery pack handle and Manfrotto pistol grip. I’m not going to lie – I was suprised at how solid it was even with no counterweight. Great to use a product that performs as well as the marketing describes it. I’m very happy with it.” – By Kelly Lichtenwaldt

Exactly what I needed
“The tripod is sturdy, even with all four segments extended. The hook provided for holding a back is very welcome. The built-in level works well, though you will want another on your camera or quick release because it only tells you that the tripod is level.” – By Paul M. Provencher

Full featured tripod
“I wanted a lighter and more compact tripod than what I’ve been using. Carbon Fiber tripods are a bit out of my price range. After a lot of research online I thought I would try the Induro AT-214. (AT for aluminum and CT for carbon fiber). This tripod has proved to be amazing. It’s 4.4 lbs and rated for 22 lbs of gear; light enough to carry all day and heavy duty enough for your rig.” – By IDH

You won’t be disappointed
“The legs extend and lock easily with large rubber twist-locks. It is rock solid and easily supports my Nikon D300S w/vertical grip and 80-200 lens. If you’re like me and want a quality tripod without breaking the bank, I can highly recommend this one.” – By eschoneker

Solid, no frills, compact, and light enough to travel
“First impressions are positive. When compacted, the unit feels stiff and solid, as if molded from a single piece. With the legs out, stability depends on how it’s configured. The last leg sections are slightly thinner than I’d like, though this doesn’t seem to have any negative effect with the most upright angle setting. The center column extends smoothly and is held in place with an oiled twist lock with a positive action. There is zero movement in the column when extended and tightened; any loss in stability is simply from the increased height. With the column down and a head mounted, my camera’s viewfinder is exactly at eye level, and I’m six-one.” – By David Indech
