Great printer for the home, | Rating:
“I tend to only print out various Word documents and/or website pages, and the speed is not bad. I have also printed out some digital pictures, and they turned our surprisingly sharp. While you could tell they were printed pictures (compared to something like Ofoto), they are nice enough that you could hang around the house. I wouldn’t use this printer primarily for digital pictures, however. While the quality is okay, it’s not great enough that I’d want *all* of my photos to be from this printer.” – by chicago mom
GREAT PRINTER MUST BUY!! | Rating:
“I got one of this printers for my home office and LOVED IT! The next day I got another one for downstairs. It is very fast in printing and very compact. The ink lasts very well. Also the software that comes with the printer is easy to use. It was very easy to set up and I just love printing to it!” – by J. Jordan
Very pleased with this printer, | Rating:
“I waited a few months until writing a review to see whether there would be problems that would emerge after regular usage. I am happy to report that this printer is fantastic. The printing quality is great, and the printer is low maintenance. I do not print a high volume of materials, so this printer is great for my home printing needs. Great job, HP.” – by R. Street
HP Printer, | Rating:
“Overall this is a very good efficient printer that I use for work. I print pictures ocasionally. So, I would not even consider an epson printer. Although you may get better picture quality with an epson printer, there printers are not user friendly. When I owned an epson printer, I had to, almost, ever time recalibrate the printer before I printed. I give this HP printer a 4 start because I think it could be faster. When I print color documents or pictures I am very satisfied with this printer. “ – by M. PAYNE
Every day use printer, | Rating:
“This printer is great for every day use. I have had it for a month now and I have never had any problems. Having three college students in the same house requires a good economical printer and this printer has not failed any of us.” – by Seeker of Knowledge
Good Buy, | Rating:
“So far no problems, had the printer for about 3 months now, printed about 500 pages and just ran out of ink. A good number of those pages where high quality prints. My last printer was an HP multifunction and it gave me hell, but HP took it back after 6 months and gave me 90% of my money back. So I went simple.” – by D. Daley
Good printer, great speed, | Rating:
“I just bought this printer and I think it is much better than the last model I bought. I had an HP 3740 that I bought on sale from Target for $22. At the time I thought it was a steal. It broke two months later. That’s when I decided to try this one. I like the style, it prints fast, and it is quiet.” – by S. Wall
GREAT WORKHORSE OF A PRINTER, LOW LOW PRICE! | Rating:
“If you want to print 100 photos, I would recommend going to your local drug store. But to do a few, this printer does the job. For example on Mother’s Day, I gave my mother and my sister photo montage picture frames (you know, they have all the different shaped holes in them), I printed my own photos and put them together. The printer worked just as fast as I did, I could pick up one photo from the printer, get it taped into the frame, and go pick up another one. I can print 4 X 6 photos, I can print 8 X 10 photos, I can print all sizes in-between.” – by Karla M
Great for MOST printing needs, | Rating:
“For letters, brochures, presentations, etc., this is a great printer; for pictures it is absolutely terrific. **NO matter HOW you install this, you WILL get error messages for OLEAUT32.DLL and KERNEL32.DLL: go to the HP main site and look up troubleshooting for installation on this product. If you follow their instructions, your problem is solved** VERY quiet operation. Large ink tanks – larger than many printers out there, even the other HP printers.” – by tulsaotter
