Well I doubt this needed a tutorial… If you don’t know how to do this by yourself, you shouldn’t even be using your illegal copy of photoshop :/ (Be honest, which legal user wouldn’t know this? You just don’t spend a few thousand bucks on software when you can’t even use a fricking filter…

I like it.
Yeah, simple, to the point and like any good tutorial it didn’t need any stupid downloads.
Just open it up and get to work. No magical plugins or brushes or anything; the way it should be.
