If you don't know how to do this by yourself, you shouldn't even be using your illegal copy of photoshop :/ (Be honest, which legal user wouldn't know this? You just don't spend a few thousand bucks on software when you can't even use a fricking filter...</description>

Yeah, simple, to the point and like any good tutorial it didn't need any stupid downloads.
Just open it up and get to work. No magical plugins or brushes or anything; the way it should be.
