Get your Photos Published on a New Citizen Photojournalism Site

Enter into a photography contest to win an Apple iPhone and get your photos published on a new citizen photojournalism site – www.WeSay.com. Making its debut in the next 60 days, WeSay.com is an online news site that focuses on photography generated by mainstream media and amateur photographers.

The channels on the site and contest categories are: News, Environment (weather-related), Sports, Celebs and Far-out.

“With millions of digital and cell phone cameras in the hands of citizens around the world, we want to provide them with a forum for news events they witness,” said Jim DeBoth, founder and president. “We want to give the average person a voice in how the news is covered and this is a great opportunity for them to display their photos right on the home page of a major news Web site.”

Prizes in the contest include an 8G Apple iPhone and two $100 Amazon gifts cards for overall first, second and third places. Honorable mention certificates will also be awarded for best photos in each category.
