Domke F-802 Reporter’s Satchel User Reviews

Tough, roomy and discreet
“The 802 is a larger version of the 803. Even though the 802 isn’t as discreet as the 803 it still blends in pretty well and has quite a bit more room in it. If you are using large 2.8 zooms I suggest the 802 however if you are not you can get away with the 803. Currently in my 802 are: D3 with 50mm 1.4 mounted, 70-200mm 2.8, 17-35mm 2.8, SB-800, spare batteries and a couple unused pockets to spare. Best of all it doesn’t scream “camera bag!”. Even my friends ask me if I got a new laptop bag. Which is exactly why I bought it.” – By Bryan Humprhey

Great all around bag
“I use this bag primarily as a travel brief case. It holds a 15″ laptop and whatever else I might need instant access to. It’s design is simple and straight forward making it a very functional and easy to use bag.” – By Mitch

Excellent Bag
“This is an excellent camera bag. I am not a professional photographer and enjoy being able to use the bag without “trying” to look like one. I have read some complaints about the lack of cushion on this bag. There certainly is not much (only on the bottom) but the material is durable enough that it will protect the camera provided your not running it into walls. You could aways buy a smaller protective case to put the camera in if you need. Love the bag, love the size and room of all the pockets. I have no complaints.” – By Andy

Nice Product
“I like this product, but wish it had a few changes. The hand strap is too short to go over the handle of my roller computer bag. I wish there was a section to be used as a briefcase in addition to cameras. Overall nice product, good quality.” – By RPGSR

Most versatile
“Was looking for a bag to carry my 5D Mk II, EF 24-70mm, EF 70-200mm IS II without screeming “Expensive”.. I found it in this bag. Will also take my laptop if I am travelling light with the camera and the 24-70mm. That’s all without loading the side pockets !” – By Manny
