Cheap, easy-to-use second light source
“Though this is intended to enhance a small camera’s flash for more powerful output, I use it as a second slave flash for my full size SLR flash. This enables you to easily get more professional, studio-like photos due to having multiple light sources. Very easy to use with most cameras with digital pre-flash, you just select the firing to trigger on with a switch on the back…” – By jwardell

Does what it’s supposed to

The recycle time is moderate–not fast, not slow. The output is what you would expect for a two cell flash–again moderate…” – By Maine
