“Took it for a trip, and couldn’t be happier. It’s light weight, has a clear polycarbonate film in front of the camera lens, it’s body is made of very sturdy yet soft clear plastic which makes operating camera controls very easy. I took more than 400 underwater pictures in 6 days, most of them just stunning (clear plastic allowed for use of a flash whenever needed). “ – By Karabas
Works like a charm
“Used with a Canon SD940 and SD780. Pretty easy to get into. Keeps water out. Only problem is adjusting it not to block the flash. The front opens up when you’re not underwater so you can take clearer pictures and screw back in when you’re near water again. It floats when in water so you don’t have to worry about losing the camera. The neck strap detaches for when you don’t need it. Overall, it works great…camera stays dry and you get your underwater shots/videos. “ – By G. Chris
A must have
“The video was the best, even the sound came through nicely. For the price this is the way to go for waterproofing your camera, not a drop of water inside. It is also nice for just having on the beach or around the pool to prevent splashes or sand getting on the camera, no worries.” – By J. Downing
“My photos came out clear and colorful. We used it while we were snorkeling or swimming in the ocean. You can swim freely without having to hold the case in your hands as they provided a long enough cord. This definitely beats buying multiple disposable waterproof cameras. We are very satisfied with this product.” – By Bargain Shopper
Better tha expected!
“I was really surprised at how well this works! I have only used it once but there were no significant issues or problems. Did take some adjusting to get the camera situated correctly in the case. The directions said it should be tested each time before you use it. I guess that is wise since if it somehow were to get even a pin-size hole in it that could be the end of your camera.” – By reader
Waterproof case met the need
“Picture quality through the lens cover was pretty decent and the cover unscrews for removal. There is no documentation about that, but I assume that it can be removed so you don’t need to shoot through another surface if you aren’t in a wet area . Overall, it did the job, but it’s a little expensive for a ziplock bag with a lens opening.” – By Craig
Waterproof Camera Case
“I hesitantly gave my camera in the case to my niece and nephew when we were in the pool area with the DicaPac. After hours of fun. Still the camera is dry as a bone!!! Only issue I have is that once in a while if your not holding the camera properly, you’ll get a funny shadow from the lens case. But you can always photo shop or crop it out. This item is the best thing I have bought in years for my camera! “ – By lantz
handy and really water proof
“It’s very handy, also 100% water proof. I used it when rafting. There was no single drop of water inside the bag.My compact camera (Canon Titanium) fits the bag perfectly. There was no problem with the lens.” – By DJ
Great Waterproof Camera Option
“Didn’t want to spend a lot of money for a hard case. Took this waterproof bag on a recent cruise in the Caribbean and it worked awesome! Kept my camera dry and I got some amazing pictures. Excellent value. The instructions aren’t very clear, but it is easy to figure out how to use the bag.” – By Gatorpt1993
“This was a great purchase for the value and price. I have already used it several times and it worked just as promised, while still allowing my camera to take great pics. Just a tip tho-in order to avoid having a black halo around the perimeter of your pics (this is from the black lens cover) just zoom ur camera out a bit and that takes care of that. I love this camera case!” – By HollyJolly
