Samsung Smart Cameras Online Campaign
Samsung has launched a new online teaser campaign to promote their new upcoming smart cameras. The Tap and Take website will run from 3rd August until 12th August to give the users an idea of what they can expect from the Samsung latest smart cameras.
Nikon AF-S 70-200mm F/2.8G ED VR II & Nikon AF-S DX 18-200mm VR II
Nikon has recently announced two zoom lenses; Nikon AF-S 70-200mm F/2.8G ED VR II & Nikon AF-S DX 18-200mm VR II.

Nikon AF-S 70-200mm F/2.8G ED VR II is a professional telezoom lens featuring a brand new optical design for better image quality and extended Vibration Reduction capability. The lens is shorter but heavier than its predecessor and will be available from November 2009 at an RRP of £1999 / €2430 / $2399.95.

Nikon AF-S DX 18-200mm VR II is an update to Nikon popular DX-format superzoom, featuring an all new zoom mechanism to combat ‘zoom creep’, an improved Super Integrated Coating, an exclusive multi-layer lens element coating which reduces ghost and flare, ensuring improved image quality and contrast. The lens will be on sale from September 2009 at an RRP of £729.99 / €887.00 / $849.95.
Panasonic Unveils Four New Cameras
Panasonic has recently released four new 12 megapixel digital cameras featuring the new Power OIS image stabilizer that the company says offers twice the shake suppression capability of the previous Mega OIS stabilizer.
Kodak Announces Three New Cameras
Kodak has introduced three new digital cameras with 12 megapixel sensor. The Kodak EasyShare Z950 offers 10X image stabilised optical zoom lens, 3 inch LCD and HD video recording. The other cameras are the M381 and M341 with 5x and 3x zooms, 3″ and 2.7″ LCD screen.

Olympus Announces Six New Cameras
Olympus has recently announced Stylus 7010 - an ultra-compact camera features 7x optical zoom, the Stylus Tough 6010 - a waterproof camera with 12MP sensor and 3.6x optical zoom, and the FE-5020, FE-4000, FE-46, FE-26 to its budget compact camera series.

Samsung Announces SL502/PL55 & SL720/PL70
Samsung has recently announced a pair of compact digital cameras offering 12.2 mega-pixels and 5x optical zooms, image stabilization, and eye-catching style. With the SL720, users have access to a 28mm wide-angle lens, while the SL502 offers a standard 35mm lens.

The new SL720 and SL502 offer consumers advanced video recording options. With the SL720, users can record 720p high-definition video which can be played on an HDTV. The SL502 features high-quality MJPEG video recording at a resolution of 640×480. Both cameras equipped with 5x optical zooms that can be used while recording video.
Hi-Den Vision Tiny True Hi-Def Photo Player
Hi-Den Vision introduces Tiny Hi-Def Photo Player (HD-0311), which is not only the smallest photo or media player for viewing photos in large HDTV up to 1080p hdmi resolution, but also allows customization with remote control when viewing photos. Travelers don’t need to stick to small LCD of their digital cameras in reviewing everyday photos during the journey, instead they can review photos once they sit back and relax in hotel rooms. HD-0311 also allows travelers to play music and video clips which makes their journey full of enjoyment.

Although many digital cameras have come with HDMI port, cameras don’t support customization in viewing photos. With Hi-Den Vision Digital Photo Viewer or Player, its remote control allows customization like choosing 16 styles transition effect, transition time, zoom in/ zoom out, previous or next photo. HD-0311 also supports playing traveler’s favorite music simultaneously as background music which has been stored in USB devices.
