The Canon EOS-1D Mark III (announced 22 February, 2007) is the successor of EOS-1D Mark II N which was the world’s fastest digital SLR. The camera features the new Dual “DIGIC III” processors which gives higher speed, higher resolution performance, and brings 14-bit image processing to the EOS series for the first time.
