Yes the only real problem with this camera is that Casio chose to have it render ultra lame MOV files instead of having an avi or mpeg option.

Hi,
I purchased the Casio EX F1 camera to view my golf swing in slow motion. Can anyone give me simple instructions on which settings to use & how to perform the recording by myself off of my tripod. Also, how to play it back frame by frame. Seems complicated to me! Any help is appreciated!

When a record a movie using EX_F, i am having problem converting it from a dumb .MOV file to a usable DVD using the "Total Media Extreme" software from ArcSoft came with the camera. Every time I try to use this program and start DVD conversion an error message shows up and the program stops.

Basically, the videos I recorded with the camera are useless. Any suggestions or software I should buy to convert the MOV files to DVD that can be played in a standard DVD player.

Hello! I've recently bought an ex-f1 and I am having a great time exploring its capabilities. It has never been so easy to capture a lightning strike before! The camera is made in Japan and the warranty is good for up to 2 years.
