Casio Exilim EX-V8 Reviews
KenRockwell Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“The lens is great! In spite of it’s tiny size, it’s sharp and works great if you don’t mind some easily correctable distortion. This tiny camera does what it claims. If you can find one, get one, especially if you like to shoot movies!”
DCRP Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“Photo quality on the EX-V8 is quite good, especially considering its big zoom / small body combination. Noise reduction artifacting is visible on fine details, even at ISO 50, and it gets worse quickly once you hit ISO 200.”
Cameras.uk Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“I was able to take single photo in 0.43 seconds and five photos in 15.03 seconds. These are slower times than I like to see. With flash times increased to 1 second for a single photo and 19.72 seconds for five. ”
Steve’sDigicams Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“The Casio Exilim EX-V8 is an extraordinary ultra-compact digicam. With a full set of manual, and automatic controls, a slew of pre-programmed “Best Shot” modes, and the one of the best sets of video features, it is definitely one of the best quality and most powerful ultra compacts on the market at this time”
InfoSync Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“Forget bells and whistles, a camera has essentially one purpose, no matter how it is delivered: to take good pictures. On paper, the EX-V8 seems like a winner: compact design, high megapixel count, 7x zoom, and a stereo microphone for widescreen video. But when asked to simply take a good picture, the V8 simply falls short. ”
DigitalCameraReview Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“I was pretty impressed with image quality outdoors. Colors were strong, but not too oversaturated, something that I’ve noticed in other Casio cameras. Shots showed excellent details across the entire frame. Default exposure was also very good in a variety of lighting conditions.”
DigitalCameraInfo Reviews the Casio Exilim EX-V8 and writes;
“The Casio EX-V8 suffers from the curse of the point-and-shoot that typifies other small pocket cameras. While portable, the V8’s flat design lends itself to uncomfortable handling if used for extended periods of shooting.”
