Excellent bag – very well designed
“This is THE bag if you have an SLR. I really like this. The main compartment can be accessed from the top and through the side. There are velcro dividers that can be infinitely adjusted to set it up however you like. There are also a few small pockets on the outside of the bag. The shoulder strap feels great and has a buckle if you don’t want to put it over your head – or want to attach it to something (like a low tree branch). There is also a cross strap to make it even more secure, but the extra strap can be easily folded up with a velcro tab to keep it out of the way. The bag is very well padded and has grab handles on the top and side. It even has a rain hood that rolls up nicely inside when not needed.” – By Just a guy

Finally a sling pack that will carry everything I need
“This pack is larger and it will fit both my Rebel XT with the 70-300mm lens, and my new Rebel t2i with a 18-200 lens at the same time! In addition, the other large pockets have plenty of room for the manual, battery charger, extra batteries, polarizing filter, etc. I can easily fit a 6 x 9 inch sketchbook in the large flat pocket on the exterior surface. And, for the times I don’t want to have to carry a purse as well–I can fit my wallet in this as well!..” – By V. Hutson

Functional, Ergonomic, Stylish
“The sling-strap that will keep your sling on your back is very strong, sturdy, and comfortable. At first I was a bit concerned about having a single strap instead of the usual two on a backpack, but in terms of comfort and the sturdiness I didn’t notice that any compromises had been made. The strap is really wide and nicely padded so the whole sling rests comfortably on your back. The strap makes it also possible to take your sling off more easily – you can accomplish this by just unbuckling the front of the strap. In addition, the strap setup allows you to bring your sling from your back to your front without taking it off just by swinging it around your upper body. The front position is actually incredibly convenient if you are changing your lenses on some outdoor location….” – By Dr. Bojan Tunguz

Seems like it could be useful
“I’ve tried a few sling bags before and been disappointed, so when the opportunity came to try out this bag, I wasn’t sure if it would work any better, but thought it worth a try. The bag seems to be well built, I like the fact that they used an orange color on the inside, the contrast is nice when looking for my equipment inside the bag. The contrasting red stripe on the bag and the little accents on the pulls also look good. Overall a fairly nice looking compact bag.” – By Vivek Gupta

Great if you’re constantly reaching into your backpack for the camera, then putting it away for safety
“I did try it your way in a much more determined fashion thanks to your good advice and while I needed to set my hood between the sling and my neck to keep it from chafing, it did fit much better once I attached the secondary strap. The whole thing felt almost right. The strap may be too wide for someone of my build if I must wear my hood to keep it from chafing, though. Thanks for your help in getting that sorted. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to wear it and what each compartment was used for. I wish it had some with better instructions or tagging so I could have figured that out more easily!” – By Gen of North Coast Gardening

This Bag Really Grew on Me
“…I’ve changed my way of thinking when I’m going to shoot something. I sometimes still bring my other bags, because I’ve got a lot of gear, but oftentimes they (and that other gear) stay in the car, because I plan out the lenses I’ll use the most. And as a big plus, I can get a second body with a 50mm lens in the top compartment. So, two bodies, three lenses and off camera flash all in the same bag and I can get at all of it except that extra body without taking the bag from my shoulder all adds up to five big stars.” – By Vesta Irene

Great… (If you know how to use it)
“I did not find anything in between sling and backpack, something that could give me the flexibility I mentioned before… except for this! I can fit my DSLR (D3100)w 18-55 lens, and an extra 55-200 lens comfortably (maybe another one a bit tight); I can also attach a small tripod on the side, very handy. The front space is spacious enough for a book/kindle/ipad. The top compartment is spacious enough to fit two coke cans (I will use it for my point&shoot, small bottle of water, keys and snacks). Don’t know why it’s such a low-profile bag; it doesn’t have many reviews and it’s hard to find at a retail store, but I fully recommend it.” – By E. BENAVIDES

Love it
“I love this camera bag! It’s far less bulky than the original Canon bag we received with the camera and holds the same amount of stuff! As far as positives go, this has many. It’s soft, yet protective. It makes for easy access to all the compartments in the bag, including the most important one– the one that holds the camera! There is no need to put your camera bag down at all due to the ability to ‘twist’ this bag to your side. I love the sleek look and the overwhelming amount of pockets this bag has.” – By Fritosgirl

Materials
High-quality materials are used throughout this exceptionally crafted sling, which is backed by a 25 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Durable 840-weave nylon is paired with smooth polyester to create an appealing dual-textured exterior that is finished with hairline accents of vibrant red. The sling interior is lined with scratch-resistant, micro rip-stop nylon in complementing red and gray for easy visibility of the contents. High-density foam padding secures and protects your delicate hardware. Rubber zipper pulls in matching black and red enhance the overall design of the sling.
Capacity
Fully packed, this sling fits: DSLR camera with standard zoom lens attached / 2 additional lenses OR 1 additional lens with a flash + accessories / a compact tripod or monopod / personal gear
Side-Entry Camera Compartment
The side-entry camera compartment ensures your DSLR is secure yet easily accessible. Place the DSLR inside the padded compartment with the attached lens pointed downward. With the sling on your back, simply rotate the bag to the front of your body, unzip the compartment lid and pull out the DSLR by the grip—you are ready to shoot.
Adjustable Divider System
Don’t limit yourself to just the DSLR camera and the attached lens. The camera compartment’s internal divider system creates a home for all your accessories. Adjust the padded divider depending on what you want to carry: two extra lenses or one extra lens, a flash and accessories.
Accessory Storage
The accessory pockets throughout this sling were created to hold the non-camera accessories you want to carry. At the top of the sling, a zippered compartment houses the weather hood stuff sack and is sized for smaller items you want to dump inside. Quickly stash a snack, phone or map in the discreet vertical zip pocket along the side of the front panel.
Organization Panel
The generous front pocket contains an organization panel with a large zippered pocket and slim slots for electronics and accessories.
Tripod System
An exterior tripod system is located on the side of the sling. Unzip the pocket on the opposite side of the camera compartment and slide the bottom of the tripod inside. Secure the top of the tripod with adjustable buckles to limit any movement and to carry comfortably.
Weather Hood
The weather hood fits snugly over the bag to prevent rain or other weather damage. When it is not being used, roll the weather hood into its designated stuff sack and stash it in the upper compartment.
Strap Management System
Tired of dangling straps? The innovative strap management system allows you to adjust the shoulder strap to your desired fit, then roll up any excess cord and secure in place with the built-in fasteners.
