Canon Pixma mini320 Reviews

PCAdvisor reviews the Canon Pixma mini320 and writes;
“It’s far from cheap to use, but the Canon Pixma mini320 is capable of printing photos as large as 5 by 7 inches. You’ll probably be printing standard 4-by-6 inch photos most often with the mini320, but printing on larger sizes could come in handy when printing more scenic photos.”
Rating: ★★★½☆

Printerinfo reviews the Canon Pixma mini320 and writes;
“While the mini320’s prints won’t stack up to those from a pro photo printer, we found surprisingly good print quality, with better color range and accuracy than is found on most competing models. Blacks were strongly printed, and a good tonal range was represented in our black-and-white test prints.”
Rating: ★★★★☆

Macworld reviews the Canon Pixma mini320 and writes;
“The mini320’s print quality is impressive: colors appear accurate, with excellent shadow detail. But under bright light, I could see very faint scratches on photos printed with the mini320. These scratches are negligible, but I’m surprised Canon didn’t rectify this issue since it was found on the mini260.”
Rating: ★★★½☆

Washingtonpost reviews the Canon Pixma mini320 and writes;
“when it comes to print quality, where the rubber meets the road, the mini320 excelled. It beat out every other compact photo printer we’ve yet tested in every quality test we ran, save one. Only the very high quality Epson PictureMate Snap was able to garner a better color accuracy score. The mini320 also produced very rich blacks and a good dynamic range. Our black-and-white test prints were a bit contrasty, but this is to be expected from Canon’s products and it gives photos more pop.”

Computershopper reviews the Canon Pixma mini320 and writes;
“The Mini320 performed well in our timed tests. Startup time, at 3 seconds, was fast. Canon claims a 40-second wait time from the sheet entering the printer until the photo is complete. We measured 4×6 print times of 58 seconds at highest-quality mode and 33 seconds for standard quality. With 5×7 photos, the times were 78 seconds for the highest quality and 46 seconds for the standard quality.”
Rating: ★★★★☆

PCMag reviews the Canon Pixma mini320 and writes;
“The Canon Pixma mini320′s combination of features—particularly the speed, quality, and choice of paper sizes—make it a more-than-reasonable choice, but I’d like it a lot better if the photos were more scratch-resistant and the price per photo for the better-quality papers were lower.”

A great printer at a great price, | Rating: ★★★★★
“Great photo printer. Very easy to use. I had it out of the box and printing from my Canon camera in about 10 minutes. I am very happy with the photo resolution. True to life colors also a big plus. Very fast 4+6 print speed, about 10 seconds per print. Lots of options. All in all, a very good little printer. “ – by Steven C. Gaddis

fun little printer | Rating: ★★★★★
“The prints look really good, and I love the crop feature. Not sure how long the ink included will last, so better order more. I’m havin a great time! Also, I ordered it here on Amazon, but it shipped from J&R Music and Computer World. Very fast turn-around! If you are considering purchasing this printer, I would do it before the price increases.” – by Cindy

Great little printer! | Rating: ★★★★★
“I have always used an hp printer so I have mounds of hp paper lying around. The prints that were coming out looked horrible. They smudged, had roller marks and the colors were not that great. This morning I went to Target and for less than $15.00 bought a 100 count package of 4×6 glossy photo II paper and WOW what a difference. The first photo that I printed looked amazing, the quality is comparable to the ones that I send away for. “ – by Diva Mama

Great software too!! | Rating: ★★★★★
“…I’ve been using it rather consistently for about a month now and the quality is, to this point EXCELLENT. It is small, lightweight, easy to set up and easy to use. When I’m working on the calendar, I take it out, set it up, use it, then put it away. Easy! Easy! Easy!” – by N. I. Berg

WOW!, | Rating: ★★★★★
“I was specifically looking for a printer that produced great 5X7 prints and i found it with this product. I use canon glossy plus II paper and found that it adds to the quality as well. I haven’t kept up with the amount of pictures i’ve made, but i can tell you that i’m happy with how long the ink last.” – by PJ Georgiou

Great Product.. | Rating: ★★★★☆
“This is a great printer! Good quality, easy to set-up, and easy to print on my Macbook…BUT, the printer ink only lasts for about 20 prints. I thought maybe it was a fluke with the first printer cartridge, but then I got all of 15 4×6′s and 5 5×7′s out of the second cartridge.” – by Emily Story

Beautiful prints, | Rating: ★★★★★
“This printer is great, it functions well, and the photos that it prints are so bright and flawless. As an amateur < - (thats not spelled right) photographer I only with I had bought a printer that prints larger photos. And Amazon is the only place I can find ink for it" – by Theresa M. Foley

More than I expected. | Rating: ★★★★★
“The picture quality is as good as I have ever seen anywhere using the PhotoPlus glossy paper. So far I have printed sixty-two 4×6 pictures with one ink cartridge, and showing two bars left on the screen. Of course the advantage of using a printer like this is you can print anything you want to and have it in your hands in a minute. I can’t imagine how a photo printer could be better than this one unless you want to print larger than 5×7.” – by R. VanCamp

Thde Little Printer That Could, | Rating: ★★★★☆
“A very good little printer, easy to carry around and can be set up just about anywhere.. The first photos that were taken of the models were too dark when just downloaded and printed on site. I also have to use my home printer if I need a 8X10. That is okay, I mainly print 4 X 6 and 5 X 7, anyway. Another concern was the photo paper, this little number only prints on canon paper. HP paper causes the ink to smear. I can only use cannon paper in this printer “ – by Constance D., Harvey

Excellent Prints, A Little Expensive Over-All, | Rating: ★★★★☆
“I read the reviews before buying this printer and I was not disappointed in the quality of prints! They are amazing! I am, however, disappointed that I can’t seem to get more than 70-80 prints out of one ink cartridge. That factor, along with the expense of even cheap photo paper, equals an expensive set of prints! I have resolved to print on it occasionally, but I continue to shop for online deals, such at 10 cents a print, because these turn out to be much cheaper in the long run.” – by Alaina J. Rogers
