Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) has announced a video contest with theme “This is My WPPI” in Hollywood, CA (December 27, 2011). The contest is open to seasoned professional photographers and amateur photographers who just beginning their photography career. WPPI is looking for the best video clip that has time of 30-seconds that creatively expressing what makes it to be “your WPPI”. The photographers are suggested to submit their “This is My WPPI” video that the most imaginative, original and memorable. January 6th, 2012. Nikon will have a press conference with slogan “The image you are waiting for” in Nikon’s headquarters in Thailand. Profoto has launched the new Umbrella XL. It is a new photography lighting and Light Shaping Tools which consists of three versions, they are white, silver and translucent.
